Before they ring

What a parent does before they turn up

It is a wet Saturday morning, a phone, and two hours to fill. They are deciding between you and the place twenty minutes further on.

First

They look for the price first

Before anything else they want to know what an hour costs for two children. Most activity venues bury it, or leave it off entirely, and lose the visit right there.

We fix it with prices on the page, by session and by age, in plain numbers you can change yourself.
Second

They check you are open today

Term time, school holidays, bank holidays — your hours change constantly. A site still showing last summer’s timetable reads as a place that has shut down.

We fix it with opening hours you control, holiday timetables, and session times that are never out of date.
Third

They book before they change their mind

If booking means ringing a venue far too loud to hear the phone, they go to whoever let them pay for a slot in two taps.

We fix it with booking wired into whatever system you already run, or a form that reaches you straight away.
What we build

What goes on a leisure website

Built from soft play, trampoline, climbing and club sites, including multi-site groups.

01
Prices on the pageBy session, by age, by party size. The first thing every visitor looks for, and the thing most activity venues hide.
02
Booking that works on a phoneWired into Bookeo, Roller, Rezdy or whatever you run — or a simple form if you would rather keep it manual.
03
Timetables that stay rightTerm time, school holidays, bank holidays. Change them yourself in seconds rather than ringing us.
04
A party page that sellsPackages, what is included, what it costs and how many it takes. Parties are where the margin is.
05
Multiple sites, one websiteEach venue with its own page, prices and hours, without visitors getting lost between them.
06
The rules, said plainlySocks, age limits, adult supervision, what to bring. Answering it on the page stops the phone ringing.
The bit nobody says out loud

Every booking through somebody else's platform costs you a slice.

Listing fees, booking commissions, and a customer whose details you never see. They are worth using — but every booking that could have come direct is margin you handed over.

Roughly what do you pay a month in booking and listing commission?
a month
Three years of commission
£0
Charged on bookings you would often have got anyway.
  • ✗A slice of every booking, forever
  • ✗You never get the customer's details
  • ✗Their app owns the relationship
  • ✗Your reviews sit on their platform
  • ✗Rates change and you have no say
Three years of your own site
£0
£1,000 to build it, then £200 a year to keep it online.
  • ✓Direct bookings cost you nothing
  • ✓You keep the customer's details
  • ✓Your sessions, your photos, your prices
  • ✓Email them about next week yourself
  • ✓Still yours in year five

A real client report, twelve months in

Straight answer first

Which size of build is right for you?

A single venue or a group of four. We build both, and the only real question is how much the site needs to do beyond showing prices and times.

Start here

£1,000 covers the essentials

Prices, hours, photos, location and a way to reach you. For a lot of independents that is genuinely all a website needs to do.

  • ✓One venue, one price list
  • ✓Most of your trade walks past the door
  • ✓You just need somewhere better than Facebook
  • ✓Bookings by phone suit you fine
  • ✓You can always add bookings later — nothing gets rebuilt
Or go further

£1,500 upwards fills sessions

Where the site starts doing real work: taking bookings, selling events, and keeping the commission in your pocket.

  • ✓You want bookings without the commission
  • ✓You've private hire or events to sell
  • ✓You run more than one venue
  • ✓You want to be found by people passing through
  • ✓You'd rather own the customer than rent them

Start small and grow into it — adding pages later costs nothing extra and nothing gets rebuilt. Send us your current site or your Instagram and we'll tell you which one you actually need.

Talk it through

Prices assume around fifteen pages, which covers most single venues. Running a group, or a site that has grown over years? See what that costs →

Hosting is £200 a year and your first three months are free. Price yours up in 60 seconds →

Bigger site?

Those prices assume about fifteen pages

Which is right for a new or small business. If you have been trading twenty years and built up sixty, eighty or a hundred pages, that is a different job and it deserves a proper quote rather than a package price.

✓We look at every existing page before quoting — some are worth keeping, plenty are not
✓Every old URL gets mapped and redirected so you keep your rankings
✓We have rebuilt hundred-page sites for around £8,000
✓Large jobs get more hands on them, not a longer timeline
Rough guide
Roughly how many pages has your current site got?
pages
Indicative only. We do not quote properly until we have looked at what you have.
After the website

What leisure usually adds next

The site does the deciding. These keep people coming back and bring new ones in.

Nothing is bundled and nothing renews on its own. Add them when you want them, not before.

Questions

Leisure web design questions, answered

Can I change the prices myself?

Yes, and this is the one thing worth being able to do. We can set it up so a dish comes off in about ten seconds from your phone. Or send it over and we will do it same day on a care plan — plenty of kitchens prefer that.

Will it work with my booking system?

Usually. We wire in whatever you already use rather than pushing you onto something new. If you have not got one, we will set up something simple that reaches you during service without the phone going.

My photos are just phone photos.

Fine, and better than stock. We crop and compress them so the food fills the frame and the page still loads instantly. Where there is a real gap we will tell you what one hour with a photographer would fix.

Do you do second languages?

Yes, and properly — a full translated version with a switcher, written rather than machine-translated. We have built price lists running to dozens of session types.

What about multiple venues?

Each gets its own page, prices, timetable and photos, under one site, without visitors getting lost. We have built four-venue groups this way.

How fast will the prices load?

Under half a second on a phone. That matters more here than almost any other sector, because the price is the first thing every visitor goes looking for.
