A page for every service and every area you cover, written for you, live in five to ten working days.
See Web design→Whiteski ran out of Leyland for years. It does not any more — the business is now registered in Cyprus. Worth saying plainly, because plenty of agencies keep a Lancashire postcode they left long ago.
See your Leyland homepage before you commit a penny more.
Your services, your area, your photographs — built as a real page you open on your phone. Not a template with Leyland pasted into it.
Almost nobody types “web design Leyland”. They type “joiner Leyland” or “boiler repair Bamber Bridge” — which is why this page is about getting your business found, not about us.
Accredited, NAPIT, ELECSA, Insured. Electrical work is one of the few trades where the customer genuinely knows to look for a registration, and a missing badge stops them dead.
Somebody needing an EICR for a rental does not want a general services page. They want to read about EICRs, what it costs and how fast you can do it.
Businesses cover a patch, not a country. “Greater Manchester” in the footer does not tell somebody in Radcliffe whether you will turn up.
Leyland is a working town: joiners, sparkies, plumbers and heating engineers working across South Ribble, alongside accountants, solicitors and independents that have traded on word of mouth for twenty years.
Checkatrade, Rated People, Bark. The fee goes out monthly whether the work comes in or not, and the job lands with four sparkies at once. Put your number in.
A real report from a Bolton business twelve months after launch. Look at what people actually searched — specific jobs, specific towns, nobody typing “business near me”.
A real client report, twelve months in
Every one of these is live. Open them and see what a Leyland business actually gets, rather than taking our word for it.
This page covers Leyland itself and Farington, Moss Side, Clayton-le-Woods, Euxton and Bamber Bridge. If you cover more than that, each one wants a page of its own — one page cannot rank for five towns, and pretending otherwise is why most local sites stall.
One van or a team of six. We build both, and the only real question is how many jobs and towns you want to be found for.
Around fourteen pages, covering your main services and a handful of towns. Right if word of mouth already keeps you going.
Twenty-four pages: five services and ten towns. This is where the site stops being a business card and starts ringing.
Most businesses take the £1,500 build — the extra £500 buys ten town pages, which is where nearly all the extra enquiries come from.
Same content, four completely different feels. Hover any of them to scroll the whole page.
Accredited approved. Same-day call-outs. No call-out charge, ever.
Rewires, fuse boards, EV chargers and EICR reports across Greater Manchester.
Domestic, commercial and industrial across Greater Manchester.
Same face every time, straight answers, and a price before we start.
All four are real builds, not mockups. See yours designed for £100, refunded if you go ahead. See prices →
Preston and South Ribble work: a fifty-six page site for an independent financial adviser, and an ordering site for a meal prep business.
Solar, battery and EV charger installer, Wilmslow.
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor, The Wirral.
Fire and security systems installer, Watford.
Ten minutes of questions, then an approval step entirely in your hands. Written for how people actually search here. Nothing publishes until you have read every line.
Every price includes the words, the design and the SEO foundations. The £100 preview comes off whichever you choose.

Which is right for a new or small business. If you have been trading twenty years and built up sixty, eighty or a hundred pages, that is a different job and it deserves a proper quote rather than a package price.
The site gets you found. These keep the work coming once it's live.
Nothing is bundled and nothing renews on its own. Add them when you want them, not before.
Not any more, and we would rather say so than keep a postcode we left. The business ran from Leyland for years and is now registered in Cyprus. Everything happens over WhatsApp and email, which is part of why the prices are what they are. If you want somebody sitting across a table from you, we are the wrong firm.
For the build, no. Nothing about writing, designing or launching a site needs anyone in a car, and most of the client base is still UK. For your own local ranking it makes no difference either — what Google reads is your address and your pages, not ours.
The £1,000 Complete build, which is around fifteen pages with a page per service and a page per town you cover. Trades tend to add town pages afterwards, because one page cannot rank for South Ribble, Chorley and Preston at the same time.
A page for every service and every area you cover, written for you, live in five to ten working days.
