Email marketing to the customers you already have.

The cheapest work you'll ever win is from somebody who has already paid you once. We write to your list, in your voice, so they remember you exist.

✓Your list only, never bought data
✓Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite
✓Written for you every month
✓GDPR handled properly
Our honest position

We only email people who know you.

No cold outreach, no scraped lists, no bought data. Not because we can't — because it doesn't work and it puts your domain at risk.

  • ✓Your own customers and enquiries only
  • ✓Sign-ups from your website and Business Profile
  • ✓Proper consent and unsubscribe handling
  • ✓Your sending domain protected
  • ✓If you want cold outreach, we'll say no

What we do and don't do with email

Email is the easiest channel to abuse and the easiest to get wrong. Here is exactly where we draw the line.

Not us

We won't do these

Some of it is ineffective, some of it risks your domain reputation, and some of it is just not on.

  • ✗Cold email to bought or scraped lists
  • ✗Lead generation to people who've never heard of you
  • ✗Anything that skirts GDPR consent
  • ✗Daily sends that burn your list out
  • ✗Fake urgency and countdown timers
This is us

What we're genuinely good at

Keeping you in front of people who already trust you, without annoying them.

  • ✓Monthly newsletters that get opened
  • ✓Telling people about work you've just finished
  • ✓Reminders for seasonal or repeat services
  • ✓Announcing a new service to existing customers
  • ✓Getting your list tidy and properly consented

Got a list sitting untouched in a spreadsheet? That's the most valuable thing you're not using.

What's included

What our email marketing involves

Four things a month, and none of them need anything from you beyond a quick approval.

01

Getting set up properly

Most of the value is in the boring first month. Domain authentication, list tidying and templates that match your brand.

  • ✓Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite set up
  • ✓SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured
  • ✓Your list cleaned and de-duplicated
  • ✓Consent status checked and recorded
  • ✓Templates built in your brand
02

Writing and sending

Written by us each month, sent at a sensible time, and never so often that people start unsubscribing.

  • ✓One campaign a month as standard
  • ✓Written in your voice, not marketing speak
  • ✓Subject lines tested against each other
  • ✓Sent when your audience actually reads
  • ✓Mobile-first, because most opens are on a phone
03

Growing the list

A list you never add to shrinks every year. We put the sign-ups in place so it grows quietly in the background.

  • ✓Sign-up form on your website
  • ✓Something worth signing up for
  • ✓Internal links built
  • ✓Enquiries added automatically
  • ✓Past customers imported properly
04

Why this works so well for service businesses

Somebody had their drive done four years ago. They have forgotten your name, but they need a patio now — and they will search Google and ring whoever comes up. An email once a month means they never forget you existed, and that job is yours without competing for it. Repeat and referral work is the cheapest work there is, and email is the cheapest way to keep it.

  • ✓Stay in mind between jobs
  • ✓Announce services people didn't know you did
  • ✓Fill seasonal quiet spells
  • ✓Ask for reviews at the right moment
  • ✓Prompt referrals from happy customers
  • ✓Costs a fraction of winning a new lead
05

Reporting that means something

Opens, clicks and what people did next. Plus honest advice about when to send less.

  • ✓One page, once a month
  • ✓Opens, clicks and unsubscribes
  • ✓What people clicked through to
  • ✓Advice on frequency and content
How it fits

Where email sits alongside everything else

Email is rarely the first thing a business needs. It is often the cheapest thing they are not doing.

What a send looks like

Opens, clicks, and the jobs that came from them

A real monthly newsletter to a landscaper's own customer list. No bought data, no cold outreach, no pretending a like is a lead.

Questions

Email marketing questions, answered honestly

Can you get me a list of new prospects?

No. We only ever email people who have given you their details — customers, enquiries and website sign-ups. Bought lists get poor results, damage your sending reputation and put you on the wrong side of GDPR. If somebody offers you one, walk away.

Which platform do you use?

Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite, whichever suits your list size and budget. If you are already on one of them we will work in your account rather than move you. The account and list stay in your name.

How often should I email?

Once a month for most service businesses. Enough to be remembered, not enough to be a nuisance. We will tell you honestly if we think you are sending too often — a burnt-out list is worth nothing.

My list is a messy spreadsheet. Is that a problem?

That is completely normal and it is part of what setup covers. We de-duplicate it, clean out dead addresses, check consent status and import it properly. Most people's lists are in worse shape than they think and better value than they realise.

What do you actually write about?

Jobs you have just finished, services people forget you offer, seasonal reminders, useful advice, and the occasional offer. Real things from your business, not generic industry filler.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Consent recorded, unsubscribe on every send and honoured immediately, data held only in your own platform account. We will not send to anyone who has not opted in, even if you ask us to.
