Three month minimum, then month to month. £250 one-off setup covers the plan, the templates and getting everything connected.
£250 covers the first month properly: the content plan, social templates built in your brand, platforms connected, list imported and Search Console verified. It is charged once and never again, and it is waived if we built your website.
Every page, post and newsletter tracked separately, so at the end of the month you can see which part of the retainer earned its money.
A real retainer report
A retainer bundles it and works out cheaper. If you'd rather take one thing at a time, all of it sits in the shop.
Retainers include a £250 setup and a three month minimum. Individual services have neither.
Because nothing here works in four weeks. Landing pages take a few weeks to get indexed, social takes time to look consistent, and a newsletter needs more than one send to mean anything. Three months is the shortest run where you can fairly judge whether it is working. After that it is month to month with no notice period.
The first month is genuinely more work: content plan, social templates built in your brand, platforms connected, your list imported and cleaned, Search Console verified and a baseline taken so we can show you movement later. It is charged once. If we built your website we waive it, because most of it is already done.
Buy the parts. Landing pages, social, email and care plans are all sold on their own in the shop with no setup fee and no minimum term. The retainer is cheaper and more joined up, but it is not the only way in.
Yes. Every landing page, blog, case study and template we build is yours and stays on your site. Your social accounts, email platform and Google properties are all in your name throughout.
About twenty minutes a month. You approve the social plan in one go and send us photos when we prompt you. The photos are the bit people find hard, so we chase — that is part of the job, not a complaint about you.
Any month after the first three, up or down, no charge either way. Most people start on Essentials and move up once they can see it working.
On Complete, yes — hosting, backups, monitoring and same-day changes are all in. On Essentials and Plus you would want a care plan alongside, which is £200 a year or £100 a month.
