What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. In plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

The short version. We collect what you type into an enquiry form, plus anonymous usage statistics if you agree to them. Nothing is sold to anybody, ever. Analytics and advertising cookies do not load at all unless you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time. If you want your details removed, message us and they are gone.
S.R.W. Whiteski Digital Ltd, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 471112, registered office E305, 60 Second Floor, Deryneia, Ammochostos 5380, Cyprus. Trading as Whiteski Digital. We are the data controller for everything described on this page. For anything about your data, contact info@whiteskidigital.com.
The business previously operated through a UK company. That company is closed. Everything now sits with the Cyprus entity above.
Your name, business name, mobile number and whatever you write in the message box. That is all the form asks for and all it sends.
Your name, email, billing address and what you ordered. We never see your card number. Card details go directly to our payment provider and are never stored on this site or by us.
Whatever you send, held in WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms rather than ours.
Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser, page requested, time. These are used for security and to keep the site up, and they are not tied to you by name.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and where visitors come from, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which adverts lead to an enquiry. Both set cookies. Neither loads until you accept them.
If you decline, the site works exactly the same and no tag is loaded at all — we do not load them and then ignore the data. You can change your choice any time using the cookie link in the footer.
We also use Google Search Console, which shows us which searches the site appears for. It reports aggregated search data only, sets no cookies and cannot identify you.
We use a small number of suppliers. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
Some of these are outside the UK and EEA. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Nothing is stored in your browser until you make a choice on the banner, other than a single record of that choice so we do not ask you on every page.
Third-party components such as the Google reviews widget may set their own cookies when they load; those are governed by their policies rather than ours.
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to us holding it at all. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any moment. Message us and we will action it within one month, free of charge.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZB738181.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, our lead supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, and you can complain to them. If you are in the UK you can instead complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, and if you are elsewhere in the EU to your own national authority.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and we have no reason to.
If this policy changes materially we will change the date at the top. If the change affects how we use something you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
You will get an answer from the person who built the site, not a legal inbox.
We'll come back with a straight price and what we'd build, usually within the hour.
You'll get a message from the person who'd actually build your site, usually within the hour.
