S.R.W. Whiteski Digital Ltd, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 471112, registered office E305, 60 Second Floor, Deryneia, Ammochostos 5380, Cyprus, trading as Whiteski Digital. Referred to below as “we” and “us”.
We contract from Cyprus and work with clients across the UK, Cyprus and elsewhere. If you are a UK consumer, nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not copy the design, the code or the writing for use elsewhere. Everything on the site is ours or used with permission.
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for a decision you make purely on the basis of something you read here without asking us first.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm it by email. If we cannot do the work — wrong fit, no capacity, or something we would rather not build — we will say so and refund you in full.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We accept debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card number.
You pay £100 and we design and build your actual homepage on a private link. If you go ahead with a build, the £100 comes off the price. If you do not, you owe nothing further and you are under no obligation. The preview itself remains ours unless and until you commission the build.
You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin within that period, you accept that once the work is complete you lose the right to cancel, and if we have started but not finished you pay for what we have done.
The 14-day right does not apply. Cancellation terms for a commissioned build are in the project terms.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. You keep every page we have produced. Hosting is annual and can be cancelled at renewal.
Where a refund is due it goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days. We do not refund work already completed and approved.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you have paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data.
Message us. Complaints go to the person who did the work, not a queue. If we cannot resolve it between us, these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the Cypriot courts have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring a claim there.
