What a build includes, what it does not, and what happens when something goes wrong. Written to be read before you commission, not argued about after.

The point of this page. Most disputes over a website come from something that was never written down. So it is written down.
Ten working days from go-ahead for a standard build, and the clock starts when we have your content, your photographs and your answers — not when you pay.
If we are waiting on you for more than 30 days, we will park the project. Restarting is free within six months; after that we may need to requote, because the work will have gone stale.
Nothing publishes until you have read it. Revisions are unlimited within scope — meaning changes to what was agreed. A change of direction after approval, or new pages beyond the agreed count, is new work and we will price it before doing it rather than after.
On final payment, the finished site and its content are yours. The domain is yours and always was. Any third-party components, fonts and libraries stay under their own licences.
We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and to say we built it, unless you ask us not to — in which case, just ask.
If we cannot deliver, you get back everything you have paid for work not done. If you cancel mid-build, you pay for what has been done to that point and you keep it. If a launched site breaks because of something we did, we fix it at no charge. If it breaks because of something changed elsewhere, we will tell you what it was and what fixing it costs.
£100 for your actual homepage, refunded in full if you go ahead. No contract at that stage and nothing to cancel.
We'll come back with a straight price and what we'd build, usually within the hour.
You'll get a message from the person who'd actually build your site, usually within the hour.
